Cancellation Policy
Website Design Consultation Booking Policy 1. Booking Confirmation All website design consultations are free and must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your consultation. 2. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule your consultation, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may result in difficulty guaranteeing availability, and you may need to re-book. 3. Cancellation Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee availability for a new consultation and will require rescheduling. 4. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your consultation. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may need to be rescheduled, and rescheduling may depend on availability. 5. No-Shows If you miss your scheduled consultation without prior notice, you will need to reschedule the consultation based on availability. 6. Consultation Duration Each consultation lasts 1 hour. If additional time is needed, please inform us beforehand, and we will do our best to accommodate. 7. Post-Consultation Estimate After the consultation, ViRei Studio will provide an estimate based on the scope of the project. If you approve the estimate, we will require a 50% deposit to begin the project. 8.
