Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy for Digitizing Services: Appointments can be booked through our website or by contacting our customer service team. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking. Appointment Changes and Cancellations: Changes to your appointment can be made up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, a cancellation fee of 25% of the service cost will apply. Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the digitizing service. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit. A new appointment will require a new deposit. Service Guarantee: We strive to provide high-quality digitizing services. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your digitized files for a review and possible rework. Confidentiality: All materials submitted for digitizing are handled with the utmost care and confidentiality. We ensure that your files are securely stored and only accessible by authorized personnel.
