4. Third-Party Merchandise Disclaimer
Please note that all merchandise featuring ViRei Studio's artwork is sold through third-party suppliers. When you make a purchase, the item is created or produced at the moment of your order. While we ensure that our artwork meets high standards of quality, the final product is manufactured and fulfilled by our third-party partners.
As a result, ViRei Studio cannot guarantee or control the outcome of the products, including variations in color, materials, or construction. We strive to work with reliable suppliers, but any issues related to the quality, production, or fulfillment of the merchandise should be directed to the respective third-party provider as outlined in their own terms and conditions.
By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge and accept that ViRei Studio is not responsible for any discrepancies or issues that arise from the use of third-party suppliers.
5. Orders and Payment
• Order Acceptance: All orders placed through our Site are subject to acceptance by ViRei Studio. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Pricing and Payment: All prices are listed in US Dollar unless otherwise specified. Payment must be made at the time of order placement using the methods specified on the Site. ViRei Studio is not responsible for any additional charges or fees that may apply due to currency conversion or payment provider fees.
• Taxes: Applicable taxes will be added to the total purchase price. You are responsible for paying any such taxes.
6. Shipping and Delivery
• Shipping: ViRei Studio partners with third-party suppliers to fulfill and ship your orders. Shipping times and costs will vary depending on the supplier, destination, and chosen shipping method. We are not responsible for any delays or issues in the delivery process once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
• Risk of Loss: All items purchased from ViRei Studio are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns and Refunds
• Return Policy: Returns and refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party supplier from which the merchandise was purchased. Please refer to the supplier's return policy for specific instructions.
• Refunds: Refunds for returned items will be processed by the third-party supplier according to their policies. ViRei Studio does not issue refunds directly for third-party merchandise.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ViRei Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of any products through the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
